anyone notice the glowing red eyes in a bush to the right at sylvan glade?

i can't remember from sims 3 if these eyes turned out to be anything? first time i have noticed this.

Nah that aren't anything except a cool atmosphere enhancer I was kind of hoping the would be something fun like
