Any confirmation on no new content for 2018? I get we just got Get Famous but its just for those tweens who think making youtube videos is 'lit' as they say cool these days *cringes in disgust* and try to live the golden age of Hollywood in a modern era where you realize its dead. So what about those who want something else? Like....University? Pool Stuff? Witches Gamepack?

I haven't bought the GF pack yet, because I don't feel any urgency to add it in my gameplay. I wish it was an Education/University pack. I haven't heard about anything, but I hope that we can have something new/different before the year ended (just trying to be optimistic :D)

It isn't really necessary to throw backhanded insults at people to ask this question, right? Is it that serious?

I hear after the cringey tween pack comes the entitled adult pack. So maybe you will be in luck!

I’m not sure why everyone is looking at GF as a tween pack. I haven’t got it yet, but that is because my main sim has been glitching a bit. I’m hoping it is just because of the positivity challenge. I think I will enjoy having a movie star when I get the pack. I am a little disappointed there were so few lots, but acting looks like it will be fun especially since they have awards and such. I think it was a nice addition that any of our sims can become famous. I have a scientist that I plan to advance and become famous in science/ and or writing. And I have a temperamental artist that I plan to work on fame for when I get the pack. Maybe even a famous archeologist later in the game, and either a singer or musician. I do wish thst it had come with a modeling career, but maybe they can add a job like that later. Aside from GF, I would like to see them add some other stuff as well, even a stuff pack. I hope they haven’t ended stuff packs. I would love to see a game pack with witches and magicians. I would love to see a farming and/or medieval pack (off the grid). And I would like to see a teaching pack. I hope they don’t just concentrate on University, but include daycare through college. Oh, I forgot to add I want to see a liesure vacation pack with ocean swimming and hotels, casino’s and other types of amusement. Seniors need a pack too.

If we got another GP before 2019, then we would have had two of each pack type this year. Has this ever happened before? I would love it, but I'm not expecting it.

When it comes to packs I think this is pretty much it for this year.

I think we might expect a small update to the holiday pack or whatever with a few things in a patch, but when it comes to more ''substantial'' stuff it's done for 2018.

Kinda hoping for a Witches GP in the beginning of 2019.

I doubt they'll be anymore paid content this year, but we could get some free stuff in December. It'll probably be Christmas-type/Winter stuff if anything.

Hoping so and I'm hoping it's Poinsettie,Lighted Stair Garland and Mantle Stockings. I wouldn't mind more traditional holiday favorites added to the Winter Holiday Station either.

Holy cow. Dude, lighten up. The GF pack ain't my jam, but I'm not lumping everyone who likes it as some immature tween/kid. And we got two expansion packs this year. I'd rather get 2 expansion packs and only 1 Game pack or Stuff pack per year. Expansion Packs take time. Making packs takes time. This is it for the yar unless they pull out a "random winter pack" out their butts. Just chill. Wait for next year.

I don't care if we get another this year. get loads of new PS4 games not played yet, the sims 4 is just too boring at the moment for me. and I own all packs. get famous having only one new active career instead of three like get to work did not help. i find get famous one of the most boring packs ever once you have played the acting career.

we should of got a least three. makes it seem nothing more than a cash grab. adding terrain tool and a none active career does not change that for me.

Also, for the rest of the year, I don't need more content. The latest patch gave us so much in addition to the EP, I haven't played with all of it yet. Which is actually super great, I haven't felt like this in a long time with TS4. Before Seasons it would take about a week to see all EP content, since they didn't add much at all. I'm glad they finally took a turn after years of really bad EP's and fast food content.

I just want them to fix all the bugs!

I'm actually exited for what's to come next year, after Maxis delivered two great EP's in 2018. Besides maybe Uni, Vacations and witches the experimentation phase is coming and I want to see what whole new systems and gameplay they'll introduce.
