Anyway to get younger just few days?

I was wondering anyway to get younger few days or a week, I know I can turn off aging but I want to set the birthday of my YA sim so his teen that will age in 1 day dont be same age as him.. Not so...

Maybe use birthday cake to make your YA sim age up instantly to Adult.
