Anyway to remove a romantic interest?
Is there anyway to remove a sim as a romantic interest from the relationship panel?

You mean like, stopping them from being romantic interests? All you have to do is choose the "lets just be freinds" option in friendly interactions when chatting. If you mean keep them as RI's but just don't show them, I'm not aware of a way to hide them.
