Anyway to remove a romantic interest?

I had a sim do the let’s just be friends and afterwards whenever they spawned in the same place one of them would greet kiss the other, and not a kiss on the cheek type. They’d grab them and kiss them. I just decided to do mean interactions on them but I hate that.
Currently trying to cool down a romantic relationship I got from a blind date and their bar is about 1/4 but I wish I haven’t gotten any romantic points with them, I don’t know them!
