Appearance dose not translate from child to teen.
So has anyone else noticed that in this game you can have a stunning child sim but when they age up to teen they look totally different.

If you look at their parents, you can kind of guess what they'll look like since they just have softer features of their parents (or grandparents if your family tree is long). Luckily they don't really have features that fall "in between" so its kind of easier to tell.
Like @Qdog, I'm glad they look permanently cute cause my kids in sims 3 that were born in game really freaked me out. LOL
The only freaky kid I had in 2 was my alien son who was the stuff of nightmares until he became a child. His features started evening out. Kinda.
