Appearance dose not translate from child to teen.
So has anyone else noticed that in this game you can have a stunning child sim but when they age up to teen they look totally different.

It doesn't matter, as they get randomized when they transition from child to teen. So it won't look the way you designed your original teen when they age up from child.
