I put NPCs top of my wish list. To be able to have that without installing a mod would be great. There were some good options overall, though, even ones I wouldn't want (like heists) so I'd be satisfied with any of those coming to fruition. BTW I voted Scottish Highlands for my top locale. It'd be very different from anything in the game so far.
