Archaeology makes it too easy to make money

I've said this before...none of my sims are millionaires, most hardly have more than $100,000 in fact. I like to take the skilling easy, usually to do other things accumulating skill points. I've only been to the jungle once and now sim is back home authenticating but most are under $1000 simeoleans. I like sending sims to the marketplace and cantina. Devs knocked themselves out making beautiful sims for Selvadorda. Never been to the temple or even a tomb, yet. I like taking my time.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, lol. But my sims are far from rich, and always have been. :D
