My meta-thinking is that if they weren't functioning as intended anymore, EA would cancel the gamechanger program.
Much to my surprise several of the people I follow on tumblr turned out gamechangers (or were made gamechangers after I started following?). Their cc and builds are still very relevant for me, but they have different playstyles from mine, so I can't use them as buying guides for new packs (But I'm easy-care for EA anyway, I buy most packs, the only question being when).
