Are kits on sale for anyone else?

Was watching a livestream and the streamer was on the EA packs and kits site and saw the kits on their screen were for $4.49. But on my screen it’s 4.99.
I know the discount ain’t much, that isn’t what this about(please don’t start on that) but I’m curious if the sale is appearing for anyone else.
They were on this site, https://www.ea.com/en/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/store/categories/kits

    If they have EA Play Pro then there's a 10% discount on all dlc for being a member.

    theres a sale ? might grab something☺️ but weird that the kits were 4.49 on their screen
