Who cares if players 'cheat' and make infinity holidays? In a life simulator where you can cheat and play however you want anyway this really should not matter imo. There are probably good challenges where "forever holiday" can come in use anyway.
I personally don't care whether people cheat at all or what cheats are available.
However -- some people -- including myself -- play this as a money/time/resource management game (like the original Sims game was) and it's gotten to the point where after a while everything is so easy there is no aspect to that game and we have to create our own "rules" to prevent things from being so easy.
There already are built-in exploits to the game to make things super easy without cheats (the club system, etc.) With holidays now our sims are gaining aspiration points faster than ever. I just prefer not to continue along the lines where the game, even without cheats, becomes only a dollhouse/life simulator and to maintain a sliver of the "game" aspect.
