Are "no work" holidays supposed to take away my work vacation days???

Well, it IS a US based company. Our work culture here is dismal when compared to many places in Europe where 6 weeks of vacation time is normal. Many workers here don't get paid sick days much less vacation time. So, in this context it makes sense that our poor sims suffer under a similar system. At lest they have "freerealestate" and "motherlode" cheats.
