Are there no builders that also thoroughly play in their creations?

and they are at the top of most download or popular chart on gallery, I rarely download from gallery for this reason alone as most of them (in my experience) are unplayable due to abusing the MOO cheats and the good and playtested one are buried, not to mention not every playtested build are tagged with said tag, I download lot solely from modthesims since they play nice with the game and mostly dont use MOO.
