It is frustrating to try to live in one of those houses that have been MOO'd to death. I downloaded a cute little house for SE and was so happy to get it because it was just so darling, and in a style I would have never come up with. Only to discover that the thing had pathing problems and the tub was unusable because it had been crammed in - and it was the only tub, no shower, so, woops big problem. Also they had MOO'd a door in some weird way that the whole wall was open to the outside. That took a while to figure out. I usually just delete those houses but this one was so perfect for a particular sim that I went on and did a big reno. Mainly I just made it a bit bigger to give things room to breathe. But the whole time I fiddled I was kicking myself for doing it. Of course now I am glad I did, because it just fits this sim so perfectly.
I playtest all my builds, and since hearing the complaints and computer issues with clutter I've been paying more attention to how much I put into my builds. I only have a few on the gallery, and one of my first builds is stuffed with stuff LOL. Well, live and learn. I also don't use MOO or CC because I like the challenge of building and playing vanilla.
