For example: people often say that restaurants don't work... check your building, they work fine (years ago we have a bug, but not now). A 64X64 lot build with MOO and full of clutter will lag your game, even if you have a gamer PC. Weird glitches happen because of the bad use of MOO or/and other cheats.
It doesn't lag my game, so I build complicated lots with lots of objects and use MOO. But I agree that people should be careful and ideally, at the very least, describe their lots properly on the gallery. I think the most practical thing for people to do is just describe if they used MOO, if they play tested, etc.
