@lisamwitt Did you have to remove the whole fence or just sections around the stairs? I ask because I had a staircase leading up to a fenced deck that sims couldn't use. I tried removing the connecting fence section, but that didn't solve the issue. A ladder didn't work either. I ended up taking out the stairs because I couldn't figure out how to make it work and didn't want to leave the deck without a railing.
Just from right around the stairs. I haven't had any issues with stairs leading to a fenced in area, like patios or decks. That is odd... But it seems like every time they update the game, they create a new bug.
