I'm a builder (LadyGray01) so I rarely download lots. I downloaded one yesterday though, thinking it looked really nice. Plopped it down, discovered it was absolutely full of MOO placed items and bulldozed it.
I avoid cheats when building as much as humanly possible. I think it's just been drilled into me after 20 years that it's often a problem. The only one I used a lot in previous games was the elevation cheat to get half floors and walk out basements. I miss that cheat.
I just created a house with a walkout basement, but it's nowhere near as nice looking as basements made with that cheat were.
