I think DannyDanbo is spot on. That Poll was probably a good look at development's list of ideas to be added to the game and they were just gauging interest to help dial in some of the packs. I think there is a really good chance, in some form or another, everything on that list is coming to Sims 4. That's a lot of content and given how poorly Star Wars placed and it still became a pack, I think that's good news for everything else in the poll.
