Tge sims 4 has improved so much in other ways but do you find yourself playing it not as often, i do and to top it of they give us city life sure it's a beautiful but a modder can make the same thing....

Neither bored nor board. I haven't even done all the basegame things yet! Or 1-1/2 of the GTW careers. Or owned a restaurant.
When I get bored of a thing that I know some other people enjoy, it's generally either that it's not a good match for me, personally, so I set it aside and find something that is; or (like @DeKay ) I've run out of things to do so I'm just doing things I've done already; or I've got personal issues going on that are affecting my engagement -- even mild depression will do that for me, and stress does as well. Recently I've had some evenings where I've not bothered trying to play because I know I'm preoccupied with other issues so I'll end up not focusing on the game. It might come out feeling like "bored" in that case.
