Arts quarter

So this is the second time paying in this area that I’m not able to go into this apartment building at all it brought me here for paranormal job and I could get up and now dream home and there is no way to get into the the penthouse in the arts Quater anyone know how ?

    I think putting the walls totally down and then back up again was working for some people in the paranormal jobs. Not sure if it's the same for dream home. Is the door missing when you get there?

    Another person also having trouble with it. To get into penthouse you to click on the entrance door down bellow (a gear icon will appear and once you click it you will get indication to be buzzed in) After the "come in" message typically you need to focus back up on the penthouse (you will be able to put the walls down now) and click "go there" your sim will be moved up immediately.

    ps. hover slowly over the spot, it's easy to miss sometimes.
