As for favorites, for me it's probably Friend of the World (Beloved), because I really like having my Sim's relationships not decay no matter what else the Sim is all about. And World Famous Celebrity (Unstoppable Fame) for any Sims that I open them up to becoming famous, because it's also nice having Fame not decay.
One thing you didn't mention at all is the special perk trait you get when choosing the 1st adult aspiration (which happens either when a Sim becomes a teen in game or when you first create them if created as a Teen or older). That special trait is pretty awesome too. The Star Wars one, "Prepared Traveler" is super OP, for example...a Sim with that trait almost never has to do anything to fulfill their needs as long as you have them travel to another lot a few times a day.
@Stormkeep I'm not sure where the teen aspiration perk is? What is it called? My Sims never age lol
How do you get the Star Wars Prepared Traveler one? That one sounds awesome. I don't remember seeing that one
