Assign lot type as "Boba Tea and Thrift Store" not working

I'm wondering if the Bubble tea+thrift Store lot type is exclusive to Copperdale only since I tried making one in Mt. Komorebi and the option is gone. I'm wondering if this is a bug or it's working as intended. IF it's the latter, that's a huge bummer but it seems unlikely.

I'll try to post screenshots later.

I recall that they said you could have those anywhere. Make sure you have any venue or lot type mods updated (or removed if there isn't an update). If that's not the issue, https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs

You're right. It was the Universal Venue List mod causing the problem. Deleted it and it's working fine now. Thanks!
