Toddlers added a new life stage. No existing save magically had toddlers added. (Iggy was added to a version of the Pancakes that was on the gallery, not dropped into people's saves.) This is replacing one type of asset in an active save with a different type of asset.
I get what you’re saying but as I stated earlier I don’t think it will break saves and if it does I don’t think many simmer especially the ones who really want babies would care!
