Everybody is always talking about the tents in outdoor retreat but it has more to offer. Nowadays several items are no longer exclusive to the pack. Tents came with snowy escape, a functional cooler with toddler stuff, a small campfire with the little campers kit. But some other items are still only available in a portable version in outdoor retreat: a table, chairs, end table, game table, a single and a double bed,... .I suppose the new sleeping bags could be considered an alternative for the single bed.
Unfortunately I can't figure out how to slot the chairs to the table off lot. As long as a sim is within the boundaries of a lot, it is possible to drag them but for the space between lots this doesn't work. The portable game table has the same issue with the chairs. (And it is also bugged because it can't be put back into the inventory after it's been used.) The portable pic nice table however does work fine. If you sit your sim down and then place a laptop from inventory you can even use your laptop anywhere in the world (as long as you have room for the pic nic table) .
