Attention Campers!

Aaron and Malcolm need your help! Aaron wants to surprise his snobbish materialistic boyfriend by getting rid of everything. It's just for a week but still, all them wonderful material possessions that Malcolm is enjoying will be gone!

So here's where the help is needed, Aaron doesn't know what to pack for a camping trip! He has a tent, a cooler and a camping chair for two. Surely there are other things that the game offers for a camping trip deep into the wilderness where no one can hear Malcolm scream... Oh, of joy, naturally! 🙄 So what do y'all take with you when you brave the great, terrifying *snicker* outdoors of TS4.

*whisper*yeah, right, terrifying. Way to play it up.*/whisper*

Ahem, anyway, any suggestions?

  • Yeah this thread is teaching me a lot too! And I haven't played Zelda in years either but I actually have a Link figurine that stands about 1.5 feet tall. I adore the little guy.
  • My family member could not read yet, when he first played Zelda. Adults would get all in our faces about Zelda only being for people that could read. They were so limited in their imagination. LOL. He had all sorts of figurines, too. I don't know if he still has any of them. T-shirts. Posters. He drew the characters. He was a total fan.

Do you know that you can eat grand meals at the universities? You can also visit the dorms and even sleep in the beds. The college students will help children do their projects and will teach them to ride a bike, if they are asked.

If you swim in the lake of the werewolves pack on a full moon, your energy will turn to 100% in a few seconds. If you set the environment to a full moon every 4 days, that is quite a few extra hours that can be used for skill building.

That is awesome about the energy moon! I also did not know about the grand meals at university! Thanks!
  • I learn some things by accident when primarily staying in one world for awhile with a penniless and semi-homeless sim. Broke sims interact with the environment and townies more than a sim that is comfortably housed in a well furnished home.

The Glimmerbrook bar is a good place to watch TV events.

Oasis Springs park is good for lots of digging spots. There is also fishing and plants.

The Von Haunt Estate has a large garden that can be harvested at about 5:30 if you arrived before 5:00. Bring your yoga mat and do some yoga while you wait for the plants to produce.

I bring just the tent & cooler. Sometimes a lantern.

So you like roughing it then?
  • Probably a reflection of the ancient days of Boy Scouts and the military. To me, camping is the basics, which in RL are carried on one's back. Comfy woodsy living means renting a cabin.
