What's the highest number of babies you've had in succession that were the same gender (i.e. all boys, all girls)? For me it was only four. The third generation of an old family I used to play had all...

In Generation 2, I didn't like the way the first girl turned out, so I got her mom pregnant again---she had twin girls. And I was going to stop there, but for some reason I just had the urge to give her another baby, whether it was a boy or not (this is a Strict Matriarchy, btw). That last baby turned out to be the heiress. So I've decided to listen to those kind of impulses.
In Generation 3, I thought the first girl would turn out to be more-or-less a clone of her mother, looks-wise, and I didn't want that. So I tried for another girl, and got those four boys...and finally another girl!...who ultimately wanted to become a career criminal. Sooo...NOPE. My plan was to stop at eight kids, but after the eighth---Desmond---was born, I had the impulse for try for another child, and thus Angie was born. (Angie turned out to be critical in achieving my Gen. 2 heiress's LTW.) In the end, the first girl ended up looking more like her father, if anything. And I wish she'd been an only child so I could've focused all my attention on her. Oh well.
In Generation 4, the only girl, Lily-Mae, looks TOO MUCH like her father, so I'm trying for another girl. We'll see how that turns out. :)
