I'll come to clear it up.
Your sim can become pregnant and have a baby while attending an university. However, if your sim is in university housing and they reach the third trimester, they will be forced to move out. It's similar to when sim graduates or withdraws from term as you'll be given time to pack things up and then you must choose a new place to live in.
The message when that happens is like so:will soon be welcoming a new baby into his/her/their life! As his/her/their current university housing doesn't have the necessary resources to give the child the best care, should spend some time packing up his/her/their stuff and find a better place for him/her/them and his/her/their upcoming baby to live.SpoilerTook the quote from this video:

Yeah, I discovered in an earlier save of this group, that my newlywed student had conceived. She was in her first Term at Uni, and wasn't allowed to sign-up for a second term for basically the same reasoning. I was crushed. At that time I had them in the Darkwing house (which I had replace with a large house from the Gallery to make room for all seven students. She had to go home. There is no real way to keep students on track with their schooling even if one rotates houses. I brought them all home, instead. She 'lost' the baby and I took them all back, this time to Wyvern Hall. They kept being late for classes from the Darkwing lot, even though it's just on the edge of the campus!
I had hoped, with the third Term coming up, that she could have a baby for those last few days and then go home. I think I'll play it safe, however and time her pregnancy to begin perhaps on their last day. Not sure how I want to do it. I have to remove the No Child flag from her. Thank you for clearing this up.
