Baby removed from crib shown in new render #freethebabies

To be honest I'd rather my sim kids had the ability to yank each other's hair out like the two in the render are trying to do. :P

Nope I still remember a time after release where two black parents would get a white baby model and vice versa :D It has always been glitchy and not every of the new skin tones is present (the ones added in patch & the vampire ones)

Probably because the babies in the game are ugly. Their model is small and they didn't spend a lot of budget in it clearly. In TS2 you could clearly tell that babies had some small number of facial features and you could clearly tell by the skin and eye color who the baby's parents were. TS2 put a lot of detail in the genetics in the BG which added onto the family gameplay.

TS4 sim babies only have 3 skin colors from what I can tell and they all have the same face, black eyes and an ugly romper.

They've always been in family pictures. And when picking families in the world view, their portraits still show up as baby bottles. Same as always. Hopefully it'll change sometime.

It looks like kids might be amped up again too, if the picture's anything to go by.

I don't need a lot to do with babies but it would be nice for them to do more than lie there crying.

Perhaps it means we'll be able to start at a baby stage?

I had not even noticed the kids fighting in the picture how great would that be to actually have that in the game. I'm so tired of having perfect kids who always get along I need some sibling rivalry.

At a bare minimum I'd like to see better crib options than the washed out bassinets or vampire crib. Maybe some baby design options :) I don't know babies just feel so limited without mods!

As mentioned, babies have been out of the crib for renders before.

^^ Honestly that is just false advertising. The babies should seen on the item catalog and not part of real sims.
EA i want real babies in sims and not objects!
