Balconies?

There's definitely one in one of the culpepper apartments, my sim stuck the perfect plants he rescued from his family home there to earn a bit of dosh from harvesting.

There's one in the fashion district (zen? Next to the karaoke premades) and one in the Landgraab apartments. There's prob more but these are ones I've actually played.

Yes but most of them are two story places. The living in smaller places should have outdoor space as well.

19 Culpepper (single storey) has a small one - big enough for a small grill, a couple planters, a small table and two chairs.

I took a look for ya, because I like living in apartments with balconies so I was curious.

And of course, all the Penthouses have balconies as well, but that's to be expected.

I'm really fond of the Zen View apartments since they have two stories but are relatively small still. The balconies are a nice size, too.

I'm addicted to the 19 Culpepper apartment! I have finally moved my sims out but I already miss it! lol My sim grew all the plants to perfect there and completed the Botanist Aspiration all on the small balcony there.

My naked Sim lives there where he can show the world his censorship as he always takes his clothes off the minute he goes home.....and when he leaves for places that's not work lol I love this place too...

lol @DegrassiGen :D I think I'm going to move my sims back in.. lol the whole neighborhood has the most to do imo... basketball, fishing, spice festival and flea market... and 3 direct neighbors in the same building.

The Spice District is my favorite too. I really like the atmosphere of that neighborhood, and it has all the things that I personally want my sims to do during their leisure time. I absolutely love having 3 neighbors too. It feels like a close knit community, and I like that.
