Band creation featured in "Discover University"?

Hey guys! so EP8 "Discover University " (weird name lol) just got leaked, not sure if it's real though but I'm gonna assume it is. (also, r.i.p to the target employee! probably gonna lose his job bc of that... dang)

I had an idea for how a band creation could kinda work with a university pack. I'm still up for a pack solely dedicated to band creation. but I'd love if bands were introduced in University too! I'd probably buy the pack just for that (not too excited for uni honestly.)

in my opinion, it'd be cool if the bands worked the same way as clubs did. same ui and a similar system. (band requirements, activities and banned activities) maybe they could also add some new instruments? I'd do anything to get electric guitars and drums. (maybe ukes as well?) + a rock station! like why don't we have that euiogjksegjiow.

it could also include a concert event! maybe bands in university could hold concerts in their dorms? a new concert venue lot type as well!! I'm not interested in Uni (it was boring in ts3 and didn't play it on ts2.) but that could change if bands were introduced.

    Actually it was added to Sims 2 Uni according to Will Wright as a way for students to play in a band together in the towns associated with each Uni as each one had an outside open air stage in it for them to perform and earn tips to help with their bills while in college. If the band go good enough they did rather well just playing in town on Saturdays and Sundays.

    To me, when I consider DLC, I take into account two things:

  • Things are worth what someone feels they are worth
  • EPs cost the same in the UK as the BaseGame, GPs cost half, SPs just over a quarter. To me they should have content that reflects that. They don't.

    So I think there is justification in asking for more content than there has been to date.

    Name a side feature in a Sims 4 expansion that is not watered down? I completely agree a expansion should have many in depth features but this has not been the case with Sims 4 we get one main feature and everything else feel like afterthoughts. Seeing as bands has been one feature I have really wanted since base game I don't want it tossed in a expansion with nothing to do with bands and be another thing I never go back to play again.

    Also no one is normalizing it this is just the sad reality we live in with Sims 4 "just one thing" is what it has been "clubs" "celebrity system" "cats and dogs" Seasons is the exception with both weather and holidays one detailed system or feature is what we get.

    Sims 2 University introduced bands. It is part of University.
