Base game achievements - include packs?

I want to achieve all achievements. For achievements like these, does it only count the base game aspirations/careers/skills or everything that is added?

Aspirational (hidden) Complete every Aspiration in The Sims 4.
Knack of All Trades Reach max level in every career in The Sims 4.
The Main Event Earn a Gold rating on every social event.
View to a Skill Reach max level in every skill in The Sims 4.

    I believe those are origin achievements related to the sims & every pack you own should count towards them, but not 100% certain.

    The Achievement Challenges are mostly from the Base & Get To Work. I'm not sure about City Living being included. And unfortunate all the other packs aren't in the Achievement Challenges at all.

    Before you put all that work in :warning: Achievements are tied to save files for PC/Mac (not your account). Only on console achievements are tied to your account

    From my experience, no, these four base game achievements only count base game aspirations/careers/social events/skills.
