Base Game Jacket??

I was searching through S4S and came across this jacket which apparently is in the base game but I have never seen it before, I'm really confused?? Does anyone have this in their game? I want it!! :o

I looked this up specifically because sometimes it appears on cold weather outfits (I don't have seasons), but I can't select it in CAS! It's so annoying, because this is a good jacket.

It is a gorgeous jacket and I never noticed that it wasn't in CAS for me this time around :D This is why I love the Sims, it's so big and you learn something new about it every day ^^. Thank you for creating this thread <3 I'll lock it here to limit necroposting but it'll always be up for Simmers to find and read :)
