I love how the user made it on the basement level, so you enter a crypt and then go into the basement for the lounge and bar haha.
It's an old ruined church, with actual pews, a pipe organ, and a pulpet (actually a podium) with a coffin (vampire bed) laid out, so it looks like the church was in the process of having a funeral right before it became abandoned.
Behind the church is my graveyard, where I put all of the tombstones of Sims who aren't part of my main legacy family but for whom I'd like to be able to mourn once in a while. I use some graveyard CC decor and have it decorated like an old, spooky graveyard.
Hidden in the brush and bushes is a staircase down and in the basement is a spooky bar. Standard fair for a bar, has a dance floor, DJ booth, bubble machine, tables, etc. Mainly the reason it' looks "spooky" is because of the color and brightness all of the lighting down there is set to.
And there's a hidden passage behind the bar that leads to an ancient crypt. That's where I have pedestals set up for the urns of my legacy family.
I set the lot type as Bar and Vampire hangout for a lot trait. I also use a mod that adds a "graveyard" lot trait, so during the day various NPC sims autonomously come and mourn at the graves in the back cemetery.
