  • I think I might have something to do with the fast-forward option. I use it a lot and was having a problem getting the basketcase achievement. Then I remembered the hours skip sometimes, especially when my sim is about to come home from his job. When I tried to do the basketcase achievement on regular speed, it worked :).

Beautiful paintings by the way, your Sim is quite the artist!

    agreed
  • Some of you guy's tries didn't work because your sim has to get in *and out* of each emotion, meaning the moodlets must disappear within 24 hours. I had the same problem before his last emotion went away. 5 hours to spare! *does a dance*

Drinking a lot of coffee will make your Sim Dazed...everyone here should give their tips on how to easily get into each emotion. Sometimes your Sim's natural traits help for some emotions, like the gloomy trait makes being Sad almost a given every day.

Using the bubble blower can also provide you this moodlet - I believe chances are even a bit higher to get it with the bubble machine.

Hey guys if anyone is still needing this achievement or wanting to do it then here is a list of all the moods and ways to get into them I would recommend buying a mood solvent potion to get out of all negative states the way I done it was start a new household with 2 people moved one into a household that already has the mansion aspiration completed switched to this person and unlocked it with them then moved them home again.

You will need a bath/shower combo, tea brewing pot and painting with +9 environment

Fine- start a new house and your sim will start as fine
    Happy - view the painting
    Bored- watch kids tv
    Flirty- steamy shower
    Inspired- thoughtful shower
    Energised- brisk shower
    Playful - bubble bath
Confident - earl grey tea or win a fight
    Focused- pitch black tea
Uncomfortable- need toilet or dirty environment
Embarrassed- pee yourself or rude introduction and the pick up line
    Dazed- lose a fight
Sad - low social or mourn sim
    Angry - declare an enemy
Tense - low social or read a book that’s too high skill level

Oh need to make sure each one of these pops up at the side as the primary emotion it doesn’t matter if other emotions are stacked behind them but they have to appear first at some point

Hope this helps have fun and good luck

Thanks @Nellynelga710. This must have taken a lot of time and researching to put together so kudos for that and thanks for sharing. I'll close the thread from here seeing as it is an old old thread that's been necro'd but I know simmers having this issue will appreciate your post.
