The beauty of 'theories' is they can be anything. Event the craziest ones have some merit and at the end of the day we will never know so why not let our imaginations run free. I always like to think that Bella and Mortimer were an arranged marriage- maybe Cassandra organised the abduction so she didnt have to contend with her mother's beauty anymore? Or she wanted her out of the way to control Alexander and the Goth wealth because their father was on his last days......but then Dina comes along and steals it from under her...... :wink:
