I've made a cousins club for my Sims. I usually play one household throught the generations. I carry on with the oldest sibling, but the younger ones I do marry off and they have children so my main Sims can have cousins to play with. I had one family where I had to make 2 cousins clubs, one for their cousins on their mother's side, and another for their cousins on their father's side.
I've also done a mermaids club. They meet at the beach in Sulani and swim and do beach activities. The only criteria to enter this club is they must be a mermaid. It's really nice to see all the mermaids there together in their mermaid form.
I got Get Together in September last year so I haven't had a chance to do much more with it. I see a lot of possibilities with the clubs.
