Best Workaround to Own A Bar?
I have a sim that I want to own multiple bars, but I just realized you can't own bars. (Duh.) What do you think the best workaround for this would be? Does anyone know of a mod that lets you own bars?...

If you just want storytelling, you can edit lots just by visiting them, and it's free. You could always use a money cheat to take away simoleons, but you wouldn't be in charge of the employees and really, it would just be visiting.
I don't own Dine Out, so I can't tell you if restaurant would be a better deal than retail, but at least with those you'd officially actually own at least one location.
