I forgot about Sulani! I have a Mer queen and her consort and their daughter living there, ruling the Mer kingdom. But there's a group of Sirens who like to cause trouble with mortals, though they currently have a very fragile peace agreement with the queen. There's also a Mambo voidoo priestess and her Loa by the volcano, and a couple of pirates, one who is shipwrecked and living alone with a wild horse he befriended, obsessed with finding the Mermaid he saw at sea (which caused the shipwreck).
I'll have to decide if I want to move most of my pirates to Verdemar or keep some in Sulani to mix things up. I'll probably mix things up. Can't really have too many pirates! ☠️
