Prom is still broken in my game. After the hot fix I also gave it another try in a new save. The patch notes didn't mention prom but I was hopeful anyways. Pretty much I experienced the same issues as you. I took out mods and cleared cache. It's the freaking talent show always showing up on the same day and other events. Apparently disabling Get Famous can fix it but I won't be disabling packs so I'll be waiting for a fix.
