This is why we need a functional lawyer career. Sounds as if the ex is too comfortable. While I agree parents should be able to see and have custody of their children Joint-custody in some cases. I wouldn't want an ex to be able to just waltz in the door and stay for however long they please. Boundaries. The new couple needs private time to become a family.
