Strange I didn't have this happen in my own game. In Gen 6 of my Swanson Legacy..for plot reasons I had Juliet&Romeo give up one of their twins, Selene to a distant cousins' house when she was only was a baby. Both the distant cousins die when Selene and another distant cousin (the child of the other 2) were toddlers. That Selene's parents never showed up at the house..when she was a toddler
