Biological Parents Showing Up Uninvited

Okay so For anyone still looking I’ve found that if you put the private dwelling trait on the lot the biological parents stop coming around, at least in my case. Hope this was helpful

Lol - I have the opposite of this in one of my households. I have one "player" sim who is a single mother. She's dated various guys but has two who are more regular. I don't have risky woohoo because I don't normally want it enough to mod my game. I did my own version of a questionable paternity situation, but I knew which one was the father and so did she. It was the guy that she was "more into" of the two.

Anyway, I had her "share the big news" with both guys (and her friends and family). She now has a toddler son. Anyway, the actual father does show up but is also invited over a lot. She does want him to be actively involved with the kid. She's hoping he will dump his wife, but he has no plans on doing that. He pretty much likes things the way that they are. He has kids with his wife and he loves all of his kids including player sim's son. He has no real motivation to change his lifestyle.

The other guy who is not the father does randomly show up on her WC porch and knock on the door, sometimes when the bio dad is over. Player Sim just acts like she isn't at home. Lol. I've said that the other guy thinks he is the father. He thinks that she is just independent and scared of commitment (both true). She's just going to keep on keeping on.

(No, this is not how most of my other households are).

Oh sorry i missed one important word. I meant to say travel on another lot with your sim and HER! :D

I recently played with a homeless adult sim and a foundling toddler and naturally they moved around a lot. The backstory was that the biological parents weren't even aware of their child being alive. But the game sabotaged my scenario by spawning the biological mom or dad or both everytime I went through a loading screen. That wasn't enforcing a parent's right to see their child (a law that isn't even in effect in my simsworld, just for the record). That was 24/7 stalking over two sims weeks.

Next time I'll try DoloresGrey's solution to travel with the unwanted stalker and leave it somewhere. I hope it's permanent.

Is there a ResetSim command in TS4? Probably my favourite cheat in TS3. That would send the uninvited type home in a hurry. Or take the door away while she's in the bathroom.

there is but doesn't work when this happens

I play the 100 baby challenge quite often and let me tell you that all those baby daddies hanging around gets very annoying. They walk in uninvited and I can't get rid of them. Sometimes there's an ask to leave option if you join a group with them, but sometimes there isn't. I ended up locking the door to keep them out.

@Candyd That explains it well. Dang. Well, on the downside, baby Bheeda hates biological mommy (like, their relationship is completely red and marked as "despised") because the toddler had a tantrum and when lectured, he kept doing the interaction of "hitting" and "yelling at" mama, who kept lecturing and it just went on and on until one did another action. At least, he'll age up in about 15 days.

I'm also having this issue. My Sim got pregnant accidently using the risky woohoo mod, the father who lived with her at the time had the hates children trait, so I had them break up and let my Sim be a single parent.

The baby is now a toddler, but her father keeps turning up at the house and I can't get him to leave. I would be okay with it but as he has the hates children trait he is constantly disgusted by her. It's so annoying. Why does he keep turning up to see his daughter if he doesn't want her anyway?

I gave up playing the 100 baby challenge until this is fixed. I can't have 5 daddies running around in my house annoying me with taking care of kids I don't need help taking care of. You can put them in a group and ask them to leave that way, but it's plum annoying to do that repeatedly. If you have MCCC you can just go under the cheats option and make them leave. Again, temporary and they come right back. Killing the daddy is an option, but I got tired of that, too, as I'd like my sim kids to have something to do with their dad's as they get older. It really stinks that they haven't fixed it yet.
