I did send my sims to hospital once. But I don't remember getting a BC. I know I didn't because that wouldve been in my Legacy and I keep everything, like paintings they did as children, mounted fish, etc, and put it on the walls. I would've definitely put a BC on the wall. Maybe it bugged out on me. I remember my game got really skippy and laggy when I sent her to hospital, and is why I haven't done it since.
