Hmmm ... None of my Sims' babies have been born with birthmarks.

So far, none of mine have been born with such. What bothers me is when the Newborn floats out of the bassinet and is wearing glasses. :open_mouth: Yes, some babies in RL do have to wear them, and I'm glad for other's sake that these are now available, but I sorely dislike it when the game chooses for me.
  • Yeah, none of my sims have been born with birthmarks either. I think it’s genetic, so if a parent has birthmarks, their kids are likely to have birthmarks too.

I noticed that’s the case with freckles at least, where if one parent has them, the kids are also likely to have them.

I have a feeling those might be genetic. I know that freckles can be passed on.

Do your sims have birthmarks themselves?
