Birth Marks

Am I the only person who hates that ever baby born has birth marks ,My sims so far have had 6 babies and every one has birthe marks and every birth mark is the same one on the face , Oh for an option ...

Hmmm ... None of my Sims' babies have been born with birthmarks.
