Birthdays with rotational play and calendar

You sim should age up when their age bar tells them to age up. If you plan on their birthday party, and have them blow out their candles they will automatically age up regardless. So you can go as planned with the birthday party. But just remember that the birthday on the calendar is not something I would plan on aging my sims up with.
