Black Friday Sale

I was really hoping for more kit bundles. Last time they all were a miss for me (already owned the other kit).

I'm not sure if I'll actually commit to buying a pack, but just in case, I'd like to get some opinions. Do you guys think that I should get Get Together or Snowy Escape? (I'm only looking at ones that are 60% off right now, and I have all the others except Eco Lifestyle, which I don't really want)

I know that both of the packs are very different, but I'm not too sure which one to possibly grab. Get Together seems like a staple, and it's surprising to me that I don't have it yet. The club features, dance skill, Windenburg, and having new items like the arcade game, closet, and diving platforms for pools intrigues me the most, although it all looks interesting. Regarding Snowy Escape, I'm itching for a new vacation-style world besides the more tropical/woodsy ones I have now (Granite Falls, Sulani, Selvadorada), and the activities and festivals look really fun, but I'm not sure I would use its features as much.

If anyone has any other insight or could tell me which pack you think I should get/prefer over the other, that'd be great! Thanks!

I had been waiting for this Black Friday Sale for so long just so I could finally get Life and Death EP at 50% off. I was so downtrodden to see that there is now the sale after over a whole year from its release but it is still only 38% off.

For context at how ridiculous this is,  Enchanted By Nature EP which released four months ago is now at 20% off, while Life and Death EP which released over one year now is still at 38%. They know that it will sell so they delay the discount for as long as possible.

The greed that this company has is atrocious. EA, the juridical entity, is clearly NOT pro-player. The Simgurus are praise-worthy for what they do for the development but the way the game is being delivered is clearly profit-based and not player-centered.

HollownessDevour​ - Yeah, this is definitely not the most exciting sale for those interested in buying the newer expansion packs.

The Build-A-Bundle is the best deal in this sale.  With a 57% discount, it’s the lowest price for a EP, GP, and SP, in quite a while.   I will note that the expansion packs, from Get to Work up to Life & Death, are currently available for bundling.  However, it is harder to take advantage of the Build-A-Bundle feature these days, since we now seem to only be getting new expansion packs or kits, and no new game or stuff packs.

I am a little disappointed that EA isn’t currently offering any special two kit bundles, like in the last sale. I was hoping that one of them might finally work for me.  I hope that EA brings the kit bundles back in the future, or offers us the option to build our own two-kit bundles.

Not gonna lie was was hoping for more off for the newer packs (I know people have been waiting for L&D to 50% (even though I pre-ordered it a year ago, I know it has been on the community's mind)).

I might wait till year end/holiday for next buys, I spent quite a bit already this year. Unless we get a laundry list for the Dec bug fixes early enough, to inspire purchases. I still see FR bug complaints, so holding off buying still.

And I was hoping more packs would break to the 60% off threshold.

BUT at least it is an up to 60% off sale!
