@catloverplayer I think you are talking about the free spirited Liberty Lee in the BFF household.
Also to the op: For this to be blatant racism the creators would have at one point said "we are not doing ...". This means they did this "openly and unashamedly" to exclude certain content. (straight from the dictionary) In CAS this may be very obvious to some players however I do not think it was intentional. It's not IMO offensively noisy. It was not vulgar or done in an offensive manner. I am happy that you pointed this out. I am happy that you voiced your opinion on this matter and backed it up. Your feelings were well spoken and acknowledged. Well done!
