Body hair, can it be turned off?

I don't think we can, but we yet to know if body hair will appear on random townies. Not every skin detail appears randomly, I even think most of them don't. Freckles, acne (from Parenthood), scars (unless a sim is a vampire or a werewolf), tattoos, etc.
